Superglue only works on a perfect join. The best way to achieve that is to either file both parts flat or fill the gap with putty - set the pieces with putty (milliput is best for this) - then when dry - break the join - apply superglue and bond it again.
I dropped my troll the other day - and honestly, the arm bent and I was able to bend it back - and the join stayed - hard as a rock.

If thats the case, they should start a new thread.
Try doing that, then you'll be heard, digging up an old thread is not the right way to go about it.
Neither is retorting to months-old threads.
