huh? By saying that the TotE should die down, i meant, let ebob finish the product line (which are awesome models, you must have misinterpreted me) and give us a command pack, heavy cavalry, etc. Then move onto another project, i just didn't want to see another GW-Rohan thing going on.

Heres some good mini ideas. Chop of a horses head and put the cheast, arms and head of an armature to make a centaur. Also a big dragon would be cool but it would cost too much

You see mate, there needs to be a storyline or theme to the miniatures. Like TotE has a full set, unless Ebob was going to make a Cenatur army (which would look pretty impressive, kinda like GW beastmen), the sales would be less if it was released as a one off figure. As compared to a range of miniatures.

Precisely! If I make a Centaur - (which has been done a hundred times already by others) - it would be cool - it would sell - but I could only sell one to each customer I'd rather my customers bought 20 or 40 - and then wanted the command set - and then the cavalry - and... etc. Repeat business is where much of my sales come from - so it's very important to build a full range of something.

i think you should do a limited edition model ebob, like GW do. if you make 100 or something like that then sell them all off. i think that would be good

A mounted Khan would be good. And if anyone tries to crack the Khan joke - I will invent a new rank! Seriously guys, instead of junior member or whatever, would you like to be 'Khan Master' Please don't say yes

just a thought, but perhaps as an extension of tribes of the east Ebob could create some minis with more of a chinese theme? i'm kinda thinking along the lines of the glimpses we see in Hero, but i just thought that because there is so much potential to explore doing an eastern oriented army you could maybe do alittle more some time in the future. no pressure and keep up the good work.

I was thinking of items that would be of value and interest to both historical wargamers and those who may have an inclination to modify and or adapt for fantasy, of whatever sort. We are talking about your Dark Age/Medieval sort of periods, so take wagon trains as an example - with wooden barrels, buckets, crates, brooms, bales of cloth, chattels (you can look that up!) and so forth. You have your basic wagon - could be pulled by a pair of horses, a pair of oxen, or a single shire-horse (not that Shire!) Women, children, old folks, farm animals.. some of this could be used in wargames up to the present - you only have to see foorage of WW2 Europe and even the wars in the former Yugoslavia to see people fleeing, pushing their worldly good in handcarts just like hundreds of years ago. Not sure about the volume of sales though. I can think of scenarios that apply to both fantasy and historical gaming, where civilians and streams of refugees became pawns in conflicts. Another thought occurs - the POW camp game! If POW's escape, they will be trying to make it across country in a petrol-starved europe so farms and civilians will feature a lot in the possible scenarios.

how about some NINJAS?
it might be a good addition to the tribes of the east, but would fit in other games to.
