How can it be done? I've done a few heads I'm very happy with but I can't photograph them becuase they're so small, even on macro setting all I get is a green blob. What camera do you use ebob? Do you have any technique for this? Thanks a lot!

I sort of solved my problem, I found that a digital camera focuses on only large objects, the faces are too small. I put a book next to the face and it focused on the book, and so the face, better.

Well, the only way I've ever gotten a good picture of a head was when I used my Granda's very expensive camera, on Super Macro setting. Other than that, I just take my pictures on the highest resolution with Macro on, and resize the pictures on a photo-editing program.

My digital camera has a special "close up" mode designed for flowers according to the book but it does the job
