But surely the multipacks represent better value - lower cost per figure.

You're moaning about £15??
If you were buying these models from GW, for 10 metal models, you'd be looking at at least £20, probably £25 as it has an exclusive captain model. I would just buy the whole set for £15 and paint them all up. After that, you can either sell the nicely finished product on Ebay or give them to friends as presents. I once painted up a Grishnak model I had for a friend just because I would never have used it, I only needed the Merry and Pippin for a conversion. It gets round the whole problem you have of not needing them all, and you don't lose out on the great value of Ebob's minis.

So few people bought the 3 figure packs - I dropped them. They were a pain in the ass - selling a complete set is better for me - and better value for you.

The other thing that's changed is the volume of sales - as sales have increased I've had to streamline stuff - paper labels have become sticky ones - Blisters have got bigger, sets rather than 2 minis in a pack - unprofitable products have been deleted ... this is all symptoms of me getting increasingly more and more orders - I have to make my life easier in order to keep up with the orders.

Good to hear sales are on the upwards trend. Speaking of up, what about those eagles?

I don't know - just random inspiration - I was actually trying to make a werewolf and got fed up - so I thought I'd try something bigger - and copyright free.
