well i would think it would come in about 7 to 9 bits, the 2 wings, the main body, the tail, 2 legs, 2 pieces for the rock and the base. and the price wouldn't consern me as i have fallen in love with it already. ( or about 12 - 15 quid for one )

lets see...
Left wing Right wing body (possibly with one leg) Legs tail
so 5 or 6 parts I guess but that's unavoidable.
The base will be a single casting either resin or plaster. He could probably work as a flying eagle if you use a pillar up his ass.
Price.. well I don't like to comment on that until I know the production cost - and right now, I don't - but I'm guessing £10-£12 or thereabouts.
The size of it - it will occupy an entire production mould all by itself - so it won't be very profitable but I like it.

mmm...eagles will there be any more poses? i think at least another 1 pose (maybe two?) would be advisable. A flying one would be nice.

Ebob, I would love one of them. Do you know roughly how big it is? Infact, they would make an awesome display piece!

Well ebob you've done it again. or atleast begun to do it again as this is still WIP.... abbandon scentence!
That looks awesome, I'll deffinatley get one if its cast. Only £10-£12?? I'd charge more than that and make yourself a profit as thats an awesome model.

also, i was wondering did you ask the questions about what size base and monstrous mounts for this project? as if you did need to know any more stuff and i will try my best to find out for you, if you want. also 10-12 pounds is good, though i would be happy to 15 for it as then i think most people would still buy it at that price and then the profit is greater for you, so you can make more loverly new minis

Kind of - it was because I was fiddling with this eagle that I was wondering. But the official answer is that it is not a Mm.

I would pay a good £20 for it anyday! Are you going to supply it with a card similar to those supplied with the ranger and wolf?

Amazing!
Will you get it cast? Surely GW doesn't own the rights to Great Eagle.
