looks good, although the legs look a little out of proportion, although I'm not good at judging the proportions of halflings

Halflings had big feet for their size so no problem there. Excellent puppet!

His face is awesome... I hope I had one, when I sculpted my dwarven king...

Nope. There seems to be quite a big delay from Griffin at the moment - waiting over 3 weeks for stuff I sent last month to be cast.

Fantastic dwarf! Pity I have not learned how to sculpt (yet).

good work, the build is suitably dwarfish (ie broad shoulders), plus the beard was a smart move. As the pics were loading, i was wondering how you would deal with the beard, as people would want them going in all different directions - this puppet's one could suit almost all needs.
keep up the good work.

Excellent! The puppet master!
I reckon you've got most of the races covered, as far as armatures go. The other option is Elves (which aren't too much different from Men), or your general 'fantasy' themed Orc. But again, you could just use a hunching armature for an Orc.

Lovely. I would think though that leaving the dwarf cleanshaven might be the best way to give people many options hon how they want to do the beard? Another though that I've toyed around with trying to make a dolly of my own is to have something stick out from UNDER the feet to facilitate fastening the figure on a sprue (or a pinvise while sculpting) When I tried sculpting with one of your dollies the lack of something like that was what bothered me the most - especially as I try to avoid superglue altogether after an unfortunate casting accident with a figure that had way to much superglue holding it together.
