fantastic minis, both the english and scots look awesome. are these in scale with LotR minis? they're too good not to use.

they could be used as gondor or helm's deep civilians, but the hat/helmet may have to be removed...

That has to be some of the best sculpting I have seen anywhere: the fine detail on the chainmail is fantastic. I love them.

Just with the point of a tool - no special trick. Just work neatly and in rows. Takes a bit of patience.

Yeah, the chainmail is great. It appears you went sideways in rows rather than up and down--looks good.
