The simple answer is - you guys bought them all! The long term answer is that I basically fell out with my contract caster and felt that he was constantly putting at the bottom of his priority list and also providing poor quality castings. The new contract caster I have engaged is fast and the quality is excellent. He's much more expensive, but he's worth it. The quality is consistent and very good - and he turns around a new mould and castings in less than a week! The downside is the increase in costs for me - which means I'm a bit skint at the moment - and because I fell out with the last guy I need to get the moulds made again for the Fantasy ranges and for the moment I can't afford to. But the moulds will be forged again and the spice shall flow. I shall keep you posted.

Don't worry - I do make a profit - very much so - it's just that at the early stage of any business as soon as you make £500 you have to spend it again - on new moulds and putty etc. When I have a decent (larger) range of miniatures income will over take outgoings.
