Will there be any, err, Scottish pre-battle defiance poses, i.e., the baring of buttocks in the general direction of the English?

Probably not in fairness. I want to crack on (excuse the pun) with knights and cavalry.
In the meantime - I think some of the Perry Agincourt range could be used - archers, and crossbows etc.

Please forget what you saw in the movie - it's pretty... wrong. I bet you didn't see a bridge at the battle of Stirling either - and as for Moray betraying Wallace at Stirling - appart from already being dead - he was in fact as much a hero of Scotland as Wallace - and, they never took York.

There's a Q&A on this in the History section.

Although they had crossbows, they still had at least a small division of expertly handled longbows due to their superior range, will you be making any of those?

Archers - English/Welsh longbow Scots archers Scots pike Scots light cavalry English light foot English light cavalry English heavy cavalry English crossbow Scottish Knights - named heros English Knights - named heros. After the playtesting on the Kauzenburg I would set the priority for the game: 1. Scots pike Scottish Knights - named heros English Knights - named heros. (Standard bearer (scot & english) 2. Archers - English/Welsh longbow Scots archers 3. Scots light cavalry English light cavalry English heavy cavalry 4.English light foot English crossbow What I mean: With the models now available there are only scots pikemen and some additional heroes missing. With that you can have great starting games. Standard bearers would be great, too but you can easily convert a pike/halberdmen into a standard bearer. So it is not as important. Because of our testgames I would say the next step for the miniature range should be archers. After that cavalry. And after that everything you want to do else. Some special miniatures would be cool too. Bagpipes or drums can be cool stuff for some special rules in the game.
