surely, they're scottish coats-of-arms though... i know where moray is, and the red lion on the yellow is an alternate version of the scottish flag...
unless, of course, this is for scottish nobles, not english ones...

Morey is Scottish - the Lion is the arms for Bruce. Warren is Earl of Surrey.
