thanks!... Got more of course but I've showed all the different combinations I have. I really hope that Ebob start casting the sold out mini's soon as I have not much left to paint.

You can take a look here: LINKI thought that the pictures were exactly small enough to hide most of the mistakes

;D
You should try to water down your colors a little bit, the surface seems very rough. Are the Infantry's clothes inked? They seem a little bit blotched (hope it's the right word ?). What colors (of which manufacture) do you use? The metallics seem to be very dull.
btw, "Pikeman with Axe & Shield" sounds paradox

Citadel and Game Color are the paints I used... Mettalic is also a Citadel paint... I do water down most colors. depends on how thick the paint is. But I do understand what you mean. Makes me curious about what I do wrong... When I will use more water it will not cover the surfaces anymore. And I already do some surfaces two times otherwise it isn't covered Yes there is ink on the infantry. I washed it and this is how it dried. On the pictures it looks more worst than in real, but I should try to find a way to use ink. I never used ink before, on most mini's I used ink, but only at the infantry it is disturbing because of the big red surfaces. I will wait till ebob has casted new infantry so that I can give it a second try.

Did you varnish them? This rough structure sometimes appears, when you didn't shake the can enough.

No I did not Varnish... I should shake the cans better in the future and see if it will make a difference.
I washed some of the Infantry with my girlfriends nail varnish remover. Than I used some new paint and painted the edges. This makes the mini much brighter and the blotched area's. Will post new pictures soon so that you can see the result.
Yapyap, thanks for your comments...
