Well you were very lucky! i ordered a large order for 80 pounds worth of models a few weeks back. after two weeks i contacted ebob, who told me they had run out of metal!unbelievable i know. so i waited another week and still no sign. it is now week 4 and i have neither recieved my refund i requested or my models! and am now 80 pounds down and feeling a little depressed! has anyone else been ripped off like this or just me?

Thanks for your comments Greeny8958. I need to clarify what actually happened. I did email you when you placed the order to say that items were out of stock and there would be a delay, although you say didn't get that email, it was sent and I spoke to you again by email 2 weeks later and you said you would be happy to wait, but 7 days after that you opened a dispute via Paypal - which just delayed the refund process which would have been instant if you'd requested one - at no point did you actually request a refund from me.
I do sometimes run out of stock, it's not that unbelivable, it's what happens when a lot sales come in at the same time, and there was a delay in getting new stock cast which sometimes happens and can take 2-4 weeks if the metal casters are busy. Sometimes if there's a show coming up, all the miniature companies order metal at the same time from the casters. I don't do my own metal casting, it's outsourced.
I sent several emails to you, and got few replies. In fact it was a 3.5 week wait in the end, and your metal was here - and I offered to send it you with some extra stuff as a gesture, but you said you'd prefer the refund, which was fine.
Did you get the £10 worth of free samples I sent you?
