 i ordered a large order for 80 pounds worth of models a few weeks back. after two weeks i contacted ebob, who told me they had run out of metal!unbelievable i know. so i waited another week and still no sign. it is now week 4 and i have neither recieved my refund i requested or my models! and am now 80 pounds down and feeling a little depressed! has anyone else been ripped off like this or just me?

Quite impossible. Ebob would make the appropriate amends should something have happened. Pure bollocks in your case.

i ordered a few miniatures at the 24. June. I already payed via paypal. I wrote an email twice and got no answer. I hope i could get one this way, i've never been into facebook to contact you there...
Did you recieve my order? When do you plan to send the miniatures? I hope you answer my emails.

Ebob will get you the items you purchased. He is not a large manufacturing plant. You must be patient. Email him to get your answers and he will respond. Again be patient. His minis are worth the extra wait and griping on a forum won't get them any sooner.

Gad to hear. Now was it worth getting all bent out of shape? I ordered a ton of his Scots and English foot to game with until his cavalry is back in stock. Must have horses!
