Bob, are the hex tiles (or terrain marked out in 4" hexes) required to play the game? Also, is it possible to have a run down on game mechanics to see what is involved? I like the look of these and could be a good fun game if I can persude my 5 gaming buddies to get a team each.
Cheers, Dave

New Update: Mum just recieved the e-mailed Rules (thanks for the speedy delivery, Ebob!). The rules look really good! I'm not sure if I can say any more though... *looks questioningly at Ebob*

The game can be played without the hexes - they just make it easier in my opinion because you don't need to measure anything - but all you need to do is remember that 1 hex = 10cm - and so the rules can easily be converted and there is a section at the end of the rules concerning this. The rules are only £1.50 to have a peek anyway (although Paypal will automatically charge 60p post if you purchase the rules on their own - as post is always added) - be even so, £2.10 - and I'll happily refund you if you are not satisfied. Of course purchase the two teams and the rules are free - and you have until you get an email saying 'order dispatched' to browse the rules and request a refund. I can't say fairer than that. Page one of the rules is here. www.ebobminiatures.com/sneakpeaks/rules1.pdf
