I live in Australia and I find it easy to buy with a credit card. Just ask your parents to help you out if you're stuck.

I don't accept credit cards. I only accept Paypal. You don't need a credit card to use paypal, just a bank account.

I do a lot of paypal business to New Zealand and Australia. You might need a Bank card of some kind - VISA or Switch - whatever plastic you use to get money out of a wall - but it doesn't need to be a credit card.

Paypal accepts Visa/Electron/Delta, American Express, Switch, Solo. This is good because even if you are under 18, you can use paypal with a Visa Electron.

Okay mate.
First off, do you actually own a Credit Card? Not a Debit Card, or the like. A Credit Card (I'm assuming your youngish - ie; not 18) is what you need to not have to go through the troubles of transfering money into your PayPal account. Now if you do have a Credit Card, and the PayPal account is set-up to that card, you will be able to buy online very easily.
If you don't, I'm under the impression you have to transfer money from your bank account, into your PayPal account, and then from there you can purchase with PayPal.
I hope that helps,

Ohh okay then. I think you have to enable Online Banking for your account. If you have done that (I'm no wiz when it comes to PayPal) try contacting PayPal directly (via email) or asking at your local bank.

It's all much simpler than that. You don't transfer money from your bank to paypal.
It's very simple. Register an account with Paypal - you can do this online using a debit or credit card - or over the phone giving your bank account no.
Online that takes about 10 minutes.
You are now ready to buy things using Paypal!
Your paypal account will say it has £0.00 in it. You can transfer money to the account if you wish but it's not required. As soon as you buy something Paypal will check if you have money in your paypal account first - if you dont it will automatically draw money from you card or bank account in order to cover the payment.
You will be asked to verify your account at some point - paypal will transfer a small amount like £1.26 in and back out of your bank account - and you'll be asked to confirm the exact amount - this is just to check that you have access to the bank account you say you do - it's just a security thing.

Ebob you know you shouldn't confuse him - why would PayPal want to clear out his hole? Surely they have better things to do!
