I was wondering what king of static grass would be the best for Scotland themed boards and bases. I was thinking Woodland Scenic Harest Gold in occasinal patches on a muddy field/base.

The best colour in my opinion is Woodlanc Scenics - burnt grass. Woodland Scenics also do purple and yellow heather flowers which look great.
The thumbnails all look kinda grey on the website, but I strongly recommend the following products:
Woodland Scenics, burnt grass FL633 - comes in a shaker tub, enough to cover about 4'x6' £8.10.
For patches of long grass - Noch Wild Grass - Beige £5.00. Put patches of this down, then flock over the top with the burnt grass.
Woodland Scenics Flowering Foliage - Yellow - £2.65
Woodland Scenics Flowering Foliage - purple - £2.65

Thank you very much. Not so sure about the yellow flowers, but I'll have a look at my local railway store.
