well, I may not - because the Scots brigands shouldn't actually have a banner - The Scots main army will of course.
If you want to have a go - you can see the fellow in the second picture that he was converted from.
Simply remove the sword - and drill out his hand - or carve it open with a knife as I did - then with sharp pliers - you simply need to rotate both hands so the line up to take the spear (a spare from one of the English sets). I actually twisted one hand clean off by accident doing this - but just glued it back on.
I think I bent the right arm forward a little at the elbow too.
The flag of course is just paper.
You could do the same conversion and give him a pole-axe too of course.
