If I convert a scotsman to have a bagpipe, would thet work well for a banner?

The pipes of the time would not have looked like modern bagpipes - instead they'd have resembled irish pipes - smaller and less pipes - often only one. Lookup medieval pipes or irish pipes on the net. A musician would not be a banner - but mounted on a 25mm base, he could have an effect on morale and courage.

I was thinking they could count as a national banner in a brigidand force (I don't see a huge banner raiding english supply trains very well) Maybe look sort of like this:

True, Ebob, the GHBpipes, that are so well known now, did not exist in the 13th century, the third drone wasn't added until later. Still, the exact form of the pipes from that time is not known, both bellows-blown and mouth-blown pipes are possible. Maybe if you expand to the Jacobite uprising, I'll get to see the Great Highland Pipes in 28mm
